The signing ceremony to renew the Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding between UEL and ICAEW

On April 20, 2021, at the University of Economics and Law, there was a signing ceremony of the memorandum of cooperation (MOU) between the University of Economics - Law and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the United Kingdom and Wales - ICAEW. This is the MOU extending the cooperation of the two sides after the first signing in 2017.


After the time of implementing cooperation activities with extremely impressive results in the memorandum of understanding between the two units, ICAEW has played a very important role as a sponsor of many contests and scholarships for students such as the KPMG Star Scholarship Program; Wapa Challenging Contest; Virtual Big 4 Competition; X - Audit Contest,... and intensive courses in accounting and auditing.


Based on the results achieved, the University of Economics - Law (UEL) and ICAEW signed an extension of the memorandum of understanding.

In the recently signed memorandum of cooperation, the two sides continued the integrated training program of six CFAB subjects (International Certificate in Finance, Accounting, and Business), helping students of the University achieve international career certificates in parallel with prestigious university qualifications after graduation.

At the signing ceremony, Associate Professor Ph.D. Nguyen Tien Dung - Principal of the school thanked ICAEW when choosing UEL as a partner in recent years. The university also recognized ICAEW's positive contributions and support to the university's training program.
