University of Economics and Law officially co-operates with Swinburne University of Technology – Australia in training: Accounting, Auditing, Finance and Banking, Business Administration and International Economics Relations

On 22 June 2015, University of Economics and Law officially co-operates with Swinburne University of Technology – Australia  in training: Accounting, Auditing, Finance and Banking, Business Administration and International Economics Relations.

According to the signed content, University of Economics and Law (UEL) and Swinburne University of Technology (SUT) officially co-operate with each other to launch training 2+2 study abroad program ( students who finished 2 years at UEL can continue studying the last two years at SUT and will receive official certificate of graduation of SUT).

The above 2+2 study abroad program enrols the students with background in Accounting, Auditing, Finance and Banking, Business Administration and International Economics Relations.



Swinburne University of Technology (SUT)  founded in 1908 has a long history. It has 6 campuses with high-quality training programs for many fields, over 30,000 full-time students and 7,000 international students from over 100 countries.

According to many world academic rankings, SUT is in top 3 percent of the leading deep research universities in the world about quality of education. SUT has been in top 400 of the leading universities according to Academic Rankings of World Universities (ARWU) since 2012, outstripped from top 500 since 2009 until now . Swinburne University of Technology was ranked in top 10 universities in Australia and top 3 universities in Melbourne in 2012.

As agreed, students of  UEL ( including students with background in Accounting, Auditing, Finance and Banking, Business Administration and International Economics Relations) who finished the first two years will continue studying 2 years left at SUT if they have demand and must require the following conditions:

 

1. Grade Point Average (GPA) > 6.0, no subject is under 5.0;

2. English requirements:

  • IELTS is 6.5 and above;  no skill is under 6.0;
  • Or TOEFL PBT is 550 and above; writing score is 5 and above;
  • Or TOEFL iBT is 80 and above; no skill is under 20.
  • Note: In case students do not have any above English certificates, they can attend an English examination organized by SUT (condition of score is 70 percent and above) or an English course at SUT.

 

3. Tuition fees:

4. Time for beginning: Apply with K13 students and the olders.

For example: 

Students begin their study at UEL in September, 2013 – at SUT in the second semester in 2015.

Students begin their study at UEL in September, 2014 – at SUT in the second semester in 2016.

Students begin their study at UEL in September, 2015 – at SUT in the second semester in 2017.
