On the morning of May 23, 2025, the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, University of Economics and Law (UEL) successfully organized the copyright donation event and screening of the training film "Without Question - No Doubt" at UEL Space. The event attracted nearly 150 students, providing an interesting learning experience, affirming UEL's leading position in accessing international training materials. Attending the program were Ms. Pham Quynh Tran, Business Development Director of ICAEW Vietnam and Dr. Ho Xuan Thuy - Head of Faculty, Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, along with MSc. Bui Anh Thanh and MSc. Mai Thi Phuong Thao, two lecturers leading the academic program through the film. This is an important milestone in the cooperation between UEL and ICAEW Vietnam, bringing professional and modern learning opportunities to students.

Movie “Without Question”

“Without Question” is the second training film of ICAEW, inheriting the success of False Assurance . Written by Mr. Duncan Wiggets, former CEO of ICAEW and Deputy General Director of PwC’s European Risk Management Department, the film has been screened at international conferences and forums, receiving high praise from professionals. With content focusing on professional ethics and decision-making situations in the field of accounting and auditing, “Without Question” is a training material used by many corporations and universities globally.

At UEL, the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing is proud to be one of the first 16 universities in Vietnam to be awarded a 3-year copyright to use the film (worth £5,000 + VAT) by ICAEW Vietnam, along with teaching materials and films with English and Vietnamese subtitles. This privilege helps UEL students access advanced training materials, surpassing many other universities in the country.

Copyright Award Ceremony: ICAEW Vietnam has solemnly awarded the copyright to use “Without Question” to the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing at UEL. This event marks a step forward in integrating international training materials into the curriculum, bringing unique advantages to UEL students in their career development journey.

Inspiring Film Screening : Nearly 150 students attended the screening at UEL Space, where MSc. Bui Anh Thanh and MSc. Mai Thi Phuong Thao skillfully led lively discussions on professional ethics and practical applications. The atmosphere was filled with energy and insightful questions, reflecting the enthusiasm and critical thinking of UEL students.
