On 13 November 2014, in Pullman Saigon Centre, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, two representatives of Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, Dr Nguyen Thi Lan Anh and Dr Phan Thi Hong Duc attended the launch of the report "Ready for Business: Bridging the Employability - The Vietnam Perspective". 

This is the first time CIMA organised such book launch in Vietnam. The session is very beneficial and informative, especially the panel discussion which covered important areas such as:
1. Talented candidates: where are they?
2. Perception on social media matters: generation gap between Gen Y and Gen X
3. Bridging the employability gap: the responsibility of the employer
4. Bridging the employability gap: the responsibility of the educator
