For the purpose of providing a professional challenge to the final year students with background in economics, finance and banking, accounting and auditing, law in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, Deloitte Vietnam in co-operation with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) officially launches the competition “BREAKING THE LIMIT”. The opportunities of this competition are:

- Joining Deloitte Vietnam 2016-2017 Internship Program. This competition will replace Deloitte Vietnam Internship Recruitment Program this year.

- Top 5 candidates will be granted the opportunity to join the Deloitte Southeast Asia Intership Program

- Top 3 candidates will receive awards in cash and full scholarship of Deloitte Vietnam and ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business.

- The winner will be invited to join the ICAEW Regional Business Challenge held in Malaysia in May 2016

- Participating in activities for Deloitte staff.

- Attending skill and team building development program with ICAEW Southeast Asia staff.

- Many valuable presents from Deloitte and ICAEW. Total prizes are up to VND 1billion.

 The competition is taking place from 18 August 2015 to 14 October 2015 in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City with 5 rounds:

+Round 1: “ONE STEP AHEAD”: expected to organize with the launching ceremony of this competition in Hanoi on 7 September 2015 and in Ho Chi Minh City on 15 September 2015

+Round 2” “THE CHALLENGER”: written knowledge test is being held on 19 September in 2 cities

+Round 3” “AS ONE”: team interview is carrying out on 26 and 27 September 2015
+Round 4: “THE GAME CHANGER”: personal interview is scheduled for 30 September 2015 and 1 October 2015

+The final: “ONE DESTINATION”: the final and award ceremony is taking place on 12 October in Hanoi 2015 and in Ho Chi Minh City 14 October 2015.
