On the morning of 18 April 2012, the Signing Ceremony was taken place at room 103 between the two representatives from the University and the Smart Train Centre.At the same time, the event of the ACCA-CMA's Office Opening Ceremony Centre has been held at room 307. The purpose of the signing ceremony is all about collaboration in traning Accounting and Finace program for the student and those others have interest.

Attending the event, from the Institude of Management Accountants(IMA) is Assoc. Prof .PhD Reaf Lawson - Vice Chairman; from Smart Train Centre is PhD. Pham Ngoc Hoang Thanh- Director , Ms Le Thi Diem Phuoc- Head of Business Development Office , Ms Maria Mc Kenna, ACA(UK), the ACCA's teacher at Smart Train; from the University of Economics and Law: PhD. Nguyen Tien Dung- Rector , Assoc. Prof .PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Dien - Vice Rector, PhD La Xuan Dao- Vice Dean of faculty of Accouting and Auditing,MA. Hoang Tho Phu- Deputy Dean of faculty of Fiance and Banking, MA.Le Bich Thuy- Deputy Head of Office of International Relations, PhD. Tran Thanh Long- Director of Advosory, Support and Business Relation Center; staffs; lecturers and other 50 students.

Before the caremony, Assoc. Prof .PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Dien - Vice Rector had given Assoc. Prof.PhD. Reaf Lawson - Vice Chairman of the Institude of Management Accountants(IMA) a warm welcome by introducing and discussing about either school's activities or the IMA's activities. Besides, Assoc. Prof .PhD. Reaf Lawson also introduced to University of Economics and Law about the Accounting Management IMA Magazine, and he was looking forward the University's lectures and staff contributing their work in the Magazine. This is a good oportunity for staff and lecturer to aprroach those new thoughs of the world, update the new knowledge and improve their professional pratice for the better serve in the education path.

The main purpose of the Signing Ceremony is all about the Accouting - Finance training program with international standards, which is owned by these most reliable Associate Management Accouting in the world such as America, England, Australia,... This is totally the right road for University of Economics and Law, especially when the University has recently been welcomed by many trusted entersprices, who has became its partner. By supporting each other through various collaboration, the University and entersprices have provied diverse high qualily training program,creating more human resources for society.
