On the 6 September 2016, the Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Economics and Law organized the Signing ceremony of Cooperation to contruct the strategic training program between two Universities.The main objective of the program is that open the global chances for student to enroll in the field of international education program. Attending the caremony, the representative from the Eastern Kentucky University was Prof. Edmund Fenton, Faculty of Accouting and Auditing, Office of International program; from the University of Economics and
Law were Assoc.Prof.PhD Nguyen Van Luan- Rector, Assoc.Prof.PhD Nguyen Ngoc Dien- Vice Rector, PhD La Xuan Dao - Associate Dean of Faculty Accouting and Auditing, and other lecturers.The signing ceremony was organied formally with two main parts.

 Part I: The Siging Ceremony of Cooperation.

 Part II: The representative from the Eastern Kentucky University had communications with students.

The Signing Ceremony was held successfully, remark a close and steady cooperation between the Eastern Kentucky Univerity and the Faculty of Accouting and Auditing- University of Economics and Law.After this Siging Ceremony, the University of Economics and Law and the Eastern Kentucky University will grant 2 scholarships to student, whose major in Accouting and Audting , to study abroad at Eastern Kentucky University, America. Especially ,in the coming time, the two University will start cooperation in student exchange.
